EMILY! You were amazing, thank you for GREAT service! Fish & Chips Friday! Definitely something to say about a dish that is a once a week special, it's IS actually special! Short Rib Wellington, whaaaat???? AMAZING! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. And BTW, 2 beers, 2 cocktails, 2 entrees; 54 before tip....can't beat that! Thanks for a great meal at the end of a long week!

We just tried this new North/East eatery and Loved it! What a pleasant surprise that a fairly casual place and menu, would also have some amazing higher end options like Mushroom Sacchetti (with short rib) and Wellington. The spinach salad was also great and quite big. The bartender made a good Rye Old Fashion (albeit with a bit too much ice) and the beer and wine selections were great. I wish we saved room for deserts but we honestly couldn’t even finish our meals we were so full! Our server, EmilyC, was excellent! Can’t wait to go back! 3/18/24. We are back. Had the lobster/shrimp toast. It was ok/but not great. My wife had a chicken sandwich and it was big and juicy and delicious! VictorB

We decided to try Tandom American Eatery after reading good reviews about the place. We're a party of two and ordered 2 entres. Spouse had the ribs in puff pastry and I had the mushrooms, caramelized onion and truffle burger. I added fries to my order eventhough chips comes with it. Also I ordered a beer and Spouse a lemonade beverage. Service was prompt and helpful throughout. All our Food was well prepared and very tasty. The Atmosphare was a bit stark not really warm or fuzzy . We would totally return to Tabdem American Eatery for another tasty dinner.

I came here for the last day of Sonoran Restaurant week to try the prie fixe menu. I got a peach cream soda, chicken salad toast, mushroom pasta, and banana foster bread pudding. The food was good, but the highlight was actually the service. I got seated almost immediately. The bartender got me my soda quickly, and Emily, my server, was great the whole time. Emily recommended the bread pudding to me and was delightfully personable. As for the food, I was full before dessert even came, but the table next to me ordered lobster rolls that looked and smelled so good that that's on the list to try next time.

While visiting Tucson, my in-laws took us to Tandem American Eatery, and I can't say enough about the dishes we were served. My husband had the Beef Wellington...so good. The butternut squash ravioli was AMAZING!!! Everything is prepared fresh and served up beautifully. There are many beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to choose from. We will definitely be back to try some of the other dishes.

Wonderful food and service. Had the Truffle Fries, and Toast with Lobster and Mushrooms. My wife had the mushroom pasta with short ribs added. So good! Will definitely be going back.

Tandem offers tasty eats and excellent service. I’ve been there for both lunch and dinner, and it’s great to see a restaurant like this thriving on the far east side of town. The savory toasts are distinct (fave sweet potato, goat cheese, and walnuts), the pasta was well cooked (love the porcini), and a friend declared the short rib the best she’s ever had. On top of that, the servers have been cheery and patient with every question. Excellent place to order a quick bite or sit with friends and enjoy several courses.

We happened onto Tandem on a Friday, late-morning, on our way out of town. Mt husband basically flipped when he saw the bacon: thick-cut, smoked and delicious! The service was excellent, and everything we had was amazing! (Their kale take on coleslaw was perfect!) I definitely recommend Tandem American Eatery, and would love to have one locally! It’s a real treat!
